Through the Team Building Games, Everest Challenge brings a more practical application to the learnings and inspiration of the speech, consolidating your team’s collaboration via experiential versions.

The 1st version consists of 10 scenarios where the teams (“mountaineering expeditions” trying to climb Everest) decide separately for each of the 10 scenarios given to them on the map and are scored in meters that lead them higher and higher on the road to the top.

The 2nd version splits each group into a mountain team and a base team. They are then called upon to handle special roles as defined by the carefully thought-out scenario, thus enhancing the cooperation of a diverse group of different “specialties” who must collaborate to achieve a set goal, just as in real business conditions.

The Team Building Games can be held indoors, and/or outdoors and can include outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, sea kayaking, rafting etc. according to your wishes and our joint decision for the best experience of your team.

With the support of experienced instructors and led by mountain guide Panagiotis Kotronaros, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy nature through easy hikes, on easily accessible trails without technical difficulties and be introduced to the secrets of moving in a mountainous environment with absolute safety.

They can also participate in activities that aim at a real team achievement such as the symbolic conquest of a mountain summit, climbing & descending on vertical rocks or artificial wall, outdoor living etc.
